Wood Restoration Process - Homes
PREPARATION:
Prior to painting your home will be completely power washed to ensure surface is free of any dirt, loose, or peeling paint. All windows, pavers/concrete, stonework, and plants will be masked. All landscaping stones that need to be moved will be pulled away from the house, protected, and returned when painting is complete. Any large stucco cracks will be patched with a sand finish repair to insure stucco blends for an unnoticeable patch. We will re-caulk all windows frames to stucco, garage door trim to stucco and rear drywall ceilings will be patched and caulked as needed.
Restoring your wood may save you a lot of money over replacement. If your deck is looking sad and you are thinking you may need to replace it, give us a call first! We will be able to tell if it can be brought back to it's original luster, without having to replace the entire deck. The same rings true of wood fences.
