Cabinet Refinishing & Glazing

Having your cabinets refinished is a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative to replacing the cabinets. Refinishing Process

All doors and drawers will be removed and brought to our shop. Both upper and lower cabinets will be degreased with Nafta PH., sanded, and primed with an unercoater.  We will than apply three coats of finish tinted to the color of your choice.  Between each coat all doors and drawers will be sanded. Boxes and face frames will be sanded and primed with two coats of Extreme Bond primer from Sherwin Williams or Dunn Edwards ultra-grip, depending on availability. Finish coat for boxes will be two coats of pro classic semi-gloss. Color for doors and drawers are to be determined.

Knobs and hardware will be removed prior to painting and reinstalled after painting is complete.  This does not include the underside of upper cabinets facing counter tops or the interior of cabinet boxes or the shelving.
